Owner and purpose
TQCores belongs to Tomás Ignacio Quiñelén Jiménez, in Chile. Contact: contactousr@pm.me. It presents experience, projects and technical demonstrations. Merely visiting does not create a contract or obligation to engage services.
Demonstrations and technical content
The terminal, files, scans, VPN and security panels are browser simulations. They do not execute commands on your device or establish a real VPN or audit. The form can send a real email when confirmed.
The cryptocurrency panel may display public third-party prices; the order book, volumes and other illustrative values are simulated. Prices may be stale or unavailable. It is not personalised investment advice, does not receive funds and does not execute trades.
Each case study explains its tests and limits. Screenshots, videos and labels should be read in that context; they do not themselves establish current availability, future results or freedom from defects.
Intellectual property and licences
Law 17.336 protects original works from creation. Original text, designs and materials retain their copyright. Displaying a work or its code does not itself grant every reproduction, adaptation or distribution right.
Repositories, dependencies, icons, trademarks and third-party materials retain their owners and licences. An express licence determines that resource’s permissions and takes precedence over a general reservation in this notice. Statutory exceptions apply: article 71 B permits short excerpts for quotation, criticism, illustration, teaching or research under its conditions, identifying source, title and author.
For other uses of original material, request permission by email. Showing someone else’s project does not transfer its rights or authorise confidential disclosure. Report attribution or rights issues by identifying the resource and reason.
Responsible use and security
Use contact for legitimate enquiries. Avoid spam, impersonation, interference or information you cannot lawfully share. The demonstration terminal does not authorise testing real systems.
Security testing requires the system owner’s authorisation and a scope agreed in writing beforehand. Public access is not that authorisation. Law 21.459 defines specific conduct and requirements: this notice does not equate every visit or public query with a crime. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to contactousr@pm.me, with minimal necessary detail and without accessing others’ data.
Enquiries and electronic contracting
An initial enquiry does not itself buy a service or guarantee availability or response time. Scope, price, applicable taxes, deliverables, payments, timelines, support and rights in results should be agreed before work starts.
Agreements may be formed electronically where the law permits. The absence of a cart or advanced signature does not prevent emails from having legal effects. Consent and evidence are assessed under Law 19.799 and applicable rules. Confirming the form only authorises data use to reply; it does not accept a quotation.
The site does not provide automatic purchase or contracting. If added, conditions must be accessible before acceptance and capable of being retained: provider identity, characteristics, total price, payments, delivery and applicable withdrawal rights or exceptions. Article 12 A of Law 19.496 and electronic commerce regulations must be reviewed.
Information, liability and rights
Content may be updated and external services may change or become unavailable. Information is maintained with care; errors can be reported to the stated contact. A link does not imply control of a service or endorsement of all its claims.
This notice does not remove enforceable liability or contain a general waiver of guarantees or compensation. Where a relationship qualifies as a consumer relationship, non-waivable rights and rules on information, offers, advertising and unfair terms under Law 19.496 apply, including when originating by email.
Relevant Chilean law applies without excluding mandatory rules or available complaint routes. No exclusive court is imposed to prevent rights being exercised. Updates do not retroactively change existing agreements. Privacy and its authorisation are independent of any engagement.
